Thank you to our valued customers for your continued support.Kindly note our return and refund policy as noted below.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of invoice.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty due to factory faults, these must be confirmed with the driver upon delivery and returned on the same day, no in store damages will be accepted for returns. Should the stock item be of poor quality then these may only be returned with a GRV done by one of our representatives and only stock purchased within 3 months.  “Below zero” is not returnable.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a credit on your account.You will receive the credit within a week.

GRV (Goods received voucher)

Stock can be sent with our driver however collections will not be done without a GRV from the rep, confirming that the damages are due to factory fault.
